IDFGlobal INTERACT
If a picture speaks a thousand words – how many words does a fully interactive presentation speak?
Let’s face it – people love to play – forget about growing up – we all still yearn for sitting in the sandbox with our favourite toy.
IDFGlobal looks constantly for ways to get people to interact with presentation material. That way YOUR clientele stays engaged long enough for you to create the right relationship – which adds up to more sales at your end.
Interactive means giving your clientele the option to play around – press buttons, pull levels and make things happen – the eye can take in a still image in around a millisecond – and makes a judgment around a millisecond later – but an interactive presentation – whether it is an interactive perspective, an interactive model, animation or our fully interactive product SalesCommander allows judgments to be formed over minutes rather than seconds.
Those are crucial minutes for your business – instead of a value judgment being made in an instant, you have that extra time to get the person engaged in the benefits of your presentation.
What is the secret of selling more? Simply being able to spend more time with the prospect.
Allowing your silent AND vocal salespeople the chance to communicate your ideas.
That’s what IDFGlobal Interact is all about. Prospect Glue.
Getting the potential client glued to the spot for those vital extra minutes to make a difference in YOUR presentation.
Here are some examples to play with.
Interactive Perspective
Not everyone has the same idea about furniture or material schedules. Imagine showing a prospective client an image that has ultra modern furniture in the room and that client hates modern – or vice versa.
Now imagine selling to a client whose taste is completely different to what you have displayed.
Everyone has their own taste in furniture and short of creating a perspective to fit everyone’s style it is impossible to fit all occasions.
Until IDFGlobal developed the interactive perspective...
Every item in the room – furniture, colours, textures, objet d’arts can be made clickable and changeable allowing everyone’s tastes to be catered for in the one perspective – the possibilities are only limited by your imagination.
Have a play and let your imagination soar.... then talk to us. IDFGlobal.

Interactive Models
Physical models are a powerful selling tool. A full colour/full detail model grabs the attention of the prospective purchaser as soon as they enter the display centre.
But models are not interactive... That is until IDFGlobal developed Active Models.
Where you can light up individual apartments, see if that apartment is sold or under offer, and get the prospective purchaser to interact with the model – and keeps them in the sale suite longer than normal – no more just walking around a model and admiring it – this allows the client to get involved with the development in the way that a normal static display model doesn’t allow.
By building the internal partitioning of each apartment within the development and linking individual LED lights to a programmable lighting controller your client is able to see each apartment light up in response to keying in the apartment number.
But of course, this has been done before...
IDFGlobal takes it a step further.
Linking the same controller to a panel at the front of the model with the floor plans of each level, and having a colour coded lighting system, the prospective purchaser can see if that apartment is available. Fully user programmable, the system can be updated each time an apartment is sold or goes under contract.
And a unique way of displaying a model:
Interactive Animation
Interactive Animations are a new technology from IDFGlobal – they are created in the same way as normal animations except the rendering is done into a format that allows interaction between the client and the animation.
The technology comes from the gaming industry whereby a player interacts and navigates through the scene in real time.
The problem with the technology is that to render in real time the quality of material s and textures is generally very low and there is not the sharpness that is evident in perspectives and normal animations. In addition to the low resolution of textures and materials there can only be one lighting solution which limits the way the animation looks.
There is however a technology called Real Time Rendering Engine which ‘bakes’ the textures and materials onto the model in a much higher resolution than previously available. While the resolution and clarity isn’t as good as an actual animation it is getting closer and the final product provides a good tool for developers to allow the prospective purchaser interaction with the proposed space.
This technology also allows for items within the framework of the interior to be animated – for example clicking on a door has the door opening, it can also have hotspots setup so when you want to navigate to another part of the apartment by clicking on a spot the program will automatically take you to the new area. Anything within the animation can be setup to be interactive – books can open, stove can turn on, water can run.
The technology requires a high end processor to make it work and also prefers a specific type of graphics card.
