I want to express my appreciation and gratitude to you and your Company for the two photo realistic images you produced for our tender for the Caloundra project.

As you know we entered a competition for a new client / project with 5 other competitors and required outstanding images of our proposed design in a very difficult timeframe with a deadline delivery for presentation one day before Christmas festive season closure. You had some 10 days from scratch to produce two complex images and we were ecstatic with the results you delivered.

Your visualisation was not only accurate and portrayed the design and material that we required but when printed onto A1 boards were vibrant and enticing and we feel gave us a leading edge in the selection process. Of the 6 competing, we believe are now the leading firm for selection for the new project.

Importantly as this was the 1st time we had used IDF Global, I really appreciated your continued attendance at my office and backup by telephone calls as a Director / Project Manager to ensure that all was on track. This gave me great reassurance that IDF would deliver on time.

Your CAD and graphics manager kept me updated regularly even by text messages to my mobile to let me know draft images had been sent for review and any of your requirements so that we could also deliver your required information to you on time. Due to the short timeframe for the competition we were developing our design proposal as you were building the visualisation required, real fast track!
